Why not do it right to start with and build a house that's big enough... in Aruba. :)
The students (including Erika, Emma, Daphne, Scarlett, and Simone after Amanda's scholarship) will study in Newport.
And the next six students too.
Alexia, Megan, Sam, Kiara, and Maddie have their careers in Newport too.
That's 21 out of 28 ladies. The only ones "free" to move are Martha, Norah, Betty, Meemaw, Eileen, Amanda, and Eva. Amanda and Eva wouldn't be too happy to move to Aruba. And Martha and Norah wouldn't abandon the Dorm (it's their business after all, even if they don't need the money anymore). Betty and Meemaw wouldn't abandon the family three weeks after rejoining. Eileen would follow the MC to the end of the world, though.
They can't move to Aruba right now. Or ever.

The trattoria I was talking about is run by a young couple from Capua (IIRC).
Piadina isn't a thing here. You can find it in very few Italian places.

I can certainly understand that in Spain one can hardly expect to find simple foods like piadina which is a light travel food or for snacks. But if someone think of coming here to Italy I can recommend some more foods to buy if you are not planning to stop and eat in a restaurant.

Piadina, pizza and panzerotti (and an infinite number of other preparations) are very common street foods in italians kiosks, bars and pizzerie (especially close to the beaches). But if they are not freshly prepared they usually suck so I can advise you to take sandwiches instead if you are traveling and do not have the possibility of stopping in some "rustic" places.

If you are planning to travel with a car in Italy and need to take a motorway I can suggest you to buy in some big shops on the road called "Autogrill" a pair of delicious street foods: Rustichella and Camogli.
Both are sandwiches and not pizza but for us they are almost a must when we make long trips in our country (for example during the holidays) and they are delicious, both are foods that can be found mainly in these large places where you can stop for refreshments and that are widespread almost everywhere on the main highways.
You will hardly find these foods in bars or trattorie because they are almost an exclusive tradition of those motorway service stations. If you have the chance, try them, they are "traditional travel foods" for us.

Okay, I've been having this pizza slice by my work the last few months, they call it a Korean pizza, which has BBQ chicken and corn and maybe something else with it. (Not my photo, not my keyboard).

Also, over ten years ago, there was a pizza place that tried things different. There was a deli type pizza, that had deli meat and pickles on it. (Maybe mustard as well). I did try that and liked it, but the business didn't last. Oh well.

Betty's favourite pizza? There's a place that will sell you a box of pizza slices, so you can mix it up. I'm sure she would love that. Maybe her favourite is something like the Honey Heat or others like that name. It has Chilli Flakes, Honey, Pepperoni, Soppressata, Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato Sauce. I'm sure there are varieties like that.

Hey, most meats and some veggies on mine is good for me.

She could build a house of gingers
That is a HORRIBLE suggestion snake!!!! You wanna kill a truckload of gingers to use as building materials???

Desert pizza.
I had Nutella and banana pizza several times as dessert in a trattoria 400m from my home. It was good.
The Nutella and strawberry wasn't as good, though.

I tasted every food you named, except for the Camogli, during my long trips through Italy. Now I'm hungry and want to return to Italy.

I'm sure Betty would love to taste all those pizzas. Betty, like me, likes to taste different flavors and combinations. If she goes to a restaurant and her favorite pizza isn't on the menu (it usually isn't), she will go for combinations she hasn't tried before.
You guessed one of the toppings in Betty's favorite pizza.

Yeah, but I wear my shell in the front. My wife says it's a belly, though.

There have been some references to GH in the game already.
Two updates ago, I referenced Dorm Days by Lurid Pictures. He was so kind as to provide the comic book asset Martha was reading.
In the last update, I referenced (changing the titles):
Princess on the Fly (Princess on the Run, not released yet, by JeffersonSound among others), Origin Tale (Origin Story by JDor), The Awesome Game (The Beautiful Game by Daggum ), Puddles of Astrum (Rivers of Astrum by Paper Tiger), Basking All-Out (Basking all-in by TheSugarRay of thighs and pizza ), The Diner (The Restaurant by Xell )
The book Megan is reading, is also a reference to one of the composers of My Dorm's OST, Demon Sound
