From all that I know, that's an issue about how translations in Ren'py work. Somewhere in the game, there is a line that says "Papi=Daddy" (since the game is written originally in Spanish). That translation doesn't apply to the text, but it applies to the "Sayer name". I don't know if there is any fix for it.

I stopped in the game before choosing with Ewa. I am not sure if I want her to be an asphyxiophilia lover. If I make a decision on not, will I lose a lot of content?

You won't lose too much if you reject the choking. A small animation and some different sentences.

Oh I can completely follow and understand the reasoning of the choking given in the game.Eva's scene has a lot of layers. I loved writing it. The choking, as she says afterward if chosen by the player, is her way to release control for a bit. She knows she's the stronger one, so she's only pretending.

The main reason I thought that it was out of character for Eva was, that in her line of work you can safely assume she has crushed a few windpipes and choked a few people out. So choking would be a tool for her, just as much as a knife or gun would be. With how much she insists on gun safety you would think she would apply that to all her lethal tools, including choking.
Then again, maybe my mind is just trying to find excuses since I'm not a fan of it in the first place.
Maybe I should have explained my reasoning or better yet refrained from mentioning it at all. Even with this reply I'm not too sure if I should post it or not. I prefer to give feedback and not criticism since nobody gains anything from a "I don't like it" and this does feel a bit too much on the criticism side of things. My apologies for that.

Constructive criticism for a dev can also be potentially helpful. They know not everyone is going to like everything about the game. And sometimes it can be helpful to know if something is not liked in the game, is it 1%, 10%, 35% or 60% that don't like it?

I have always been thought and try to live by that feedback is positive; you may notice something but you try to help by explaining how it could be better. You also highlight things that are good. Criticism inherently has a negative undertone since you focus mostly on the bad and often don't offer any real solutions.
Criticism might have it's place in a review or something (though even then I prefer feedback) but I try to avoid it in a dialogue like here on this thread.

The rationale behind Ichigo's behavior is that he has researched the MC. NTR is a shark, but the MC looks like a nobody in the business and Ichigo thinks he can pressure him at that moment and buy an important part of NTR below its market value.
The MC is a nobody, but he has Amanda at his side and Aaron behind the scenes. Researching about them is harder, they don't have a digital footprint, and don't leave clues behind them.
