A lot of people have drawn some comparisons between My Dorm and Grandma's House. More thematic and feel than anything else. Well, 0.44 of GH appears to have had a crossover with MD. At least it looks possible to me. I am just copying my spoiler post from the GH thread here.
For the people who don't play GH, the nurse mentioned looks like a younger Aunt Betty... not young, just younger. Annabelle looks like the young version, though she's in her 40's. Sophia is Annabelle's daughter via artificial insemination, whose biological father is the father of the Grandma's House MC. Ophelia is Annabelle's mother, and Sophia's grandmother.

There is only one issue: Betty became a nun in her late 20s, and she already finished Med School. But besides that (and not having heard of some of the characters you name), you did a great job connecting both games' plots!

Considering that there are LIs who are pregnant or not, the possibility of this combination is really scary. If they were all made, it would take the developers a lifetime to complete the game.378 possible unique combinations. Not as large a # as you might think since one party (MC) is always the same. Increase that to foursomes and the number gets big 3,276. From there things get really crazy. Fivesome: 20,475 Sixsome: 98,280 You get the point...

Add Samantha's optional bush and Kate chubby/slim options and the number becomes even greater.
21,792,406,506,250 once the impossible combinations (Lisa+Debbie, Meemaw+Betty, Kiara+Eileen, etc.) have been removed.
The biggest group sex are some twentythreesome combinations (they won't happen)

I know you are joking (or not
), but having 21 billion (trillion for our American friends) combinations, I'd rather do a Meemaw+Martha that can be played by all players than a Meemaw+Norah that can be only played by the players who play the patched version. I won't do all the possible combinations, so having to choose which one (trillion) to remove, the first ones removed are the ones playable only by a part of the community.
