Who is Anna? She's the MC's mother in the unpatched version.
Some of you may know that bathroom from a scene with Martha.
Why are the dress and panties on the floor and she's wearing the lab coat? It's not that I've lost my mind, she's forgotten something in the bedroom and she's putting on the lab coat so she doesn't go out naked.
The MC, at three years old, was already entering rooms without knocking.
Those of you playing the unpatched version will see her in-game during a flashback in 0.15.

In patched, she's not necessary. In unpatched, she also died in the plane crash with the other family members who died in it (I forget the specific ones, since it's slightly different in patched vs unpatched).

I'm computer illiterate and could never get the patch to work. Oh well, love the game anyway. I still need to get over to SS later today. Installing the patch is as easy as going to the \game folder and creating an empty patch.txt or patch.rpy file. Or uncompressing there the file linked in the OP. Once done, in the main menu, you will find this button:
That switches between Family (patched) and Clones (unpatched)

Thanks, think I was trying to install the patch before the current version. Either way I still like the game very much. I might like the unpatched version better. I still think you need to put this on Steam. One Dev was bragging that they sold million copies of their game at $9.99 each, even if Steam takes 30% that's some serious money there.

For me, both versions are equally good. The patched version has been a bit more emotional until now, although the unpatched one has had a bit more dialogue. In v.0.16 there is a scene that, while writing it, made me think the unpatched is more heartwarming, at least in that scene.
The idea is to put Season 1 on Steam during the first semester of this year. It needs some modifications to be approved, so I'm taking it with calm, so it doesn't affect current development.
You can be sure that if I sell a million copies at $10, even if Steam gets 30% and Spanish tax another 50%, I can abandon my current job and spend the rest of my life developing games.
