Meemaw is Norah's mother in both versions. In the Patreon version, since Norah isn't related to the MC, neither is Meemaw.
Scarlett is a "possibly" related LI in both versions. Until it's not revealed, they can't take it as incest. Yes, I know saying Patreon and "can't" in the same sentence is an oxymoron.
