Basically everyone in the family.
You can just not install the incest patch and play as "clones" or skip characters you do not like.
But an option for manual input does not exist as far as I remember.

There are two types of game. In the basic version, no one is related. In the patched version you have stepsisters. As for choices, you can reject anyone in this game.

That's reasonable... I mean, Twilight Saga vampires have super-strength and super-speed (plus, they're all sparkly when sunlight shines on them). As far as a super-dick goes, that would probably be an enhanced transformation ability beyond just turning into a bat...Oh, I dunno...
