I HAD* to translate subtitles to almost all episodes of that awful show... only to see them used by some "professional" on the TV. I took it as a compliment, never you mind. Most CSI's were good, except this one, fucking cheesy writing, bad actors, excessive "glamour". The only good parts were the scenes of the swamps filmed on a heli... everything else was awful. But I endured, and survived. Also, I HAD* to translate several CW shows and I'm still mostly sane. Sometimes I would have preferred to be translating Porn, it would be less cringe.

Well thank for the info about the choices. I know the game is great when I saw it, but I didn't get the time until now.
I also don't mind the sandbox elements, I just need to know because sandbox usually need some grinding, direct guides etc so they needed more time. But they make the sex scene more natural if they were repeatable.

I disagree about the repeatable sex scenes. I never fucked the same woman the same way twice. The conversation is different, the poses is different, some days I'm more inspired and some days I fucked up.

And the progressive sex scenes are even worse in my opinion. Same scenery, same dialogue. The first time it ends in handjob. The second you replay everything and continue to blowjob. The third, to titjob. The fourth to vaginal and the fifth to anal. Just because the first time you didn't have "Enough Points". That's not how it works naturally.

I prefer that every single scene is different. The first time with X girl you go all the way. With Z girl you start with a handjob and, in a totally different scene and scenario, you go all the way the second or the third time.

I don't know what it is, but Kim just does it, for me. She's so sweet and lovable. I find myself immune to her Vitiligo as I had someone close to me with a similar condition as I grew up (my stepfather). I learned early on about the internal conflicts of people dealing with such matters. You are doing well with her reservations and personality. Thanks for not going to an extreme.

As Kim's story evolves, she definitely has my first (possibly only?) solo play though. Long term, Kim and MC's daughter could be the Oval Office occupant that was mentioned and that daughter being the *first* female leader for their country. One can dream, right?

Pretty sure CSI Miami was trying to be the new Miami Vice ...

I enjoyed all the CSIs. But, despite being pretty ACAB irl, I'm a sucker for a police procedural show. The simple format of bad guy bads, good guys catch bad guy by end of episode is soothing for my drama hating brain, so I'm probably not an objective judge of quality.

My Dorm doesn't have free roam or sandbox modes or portions. I don't like them.
You also don't need to choose between two scenes and lose one of them. I hated that. If you lose a scene is because you closed a path voluntarily (I recommend playing with the integrated walkthrough, even if most choices are self explanatory)

People who "play" AVNs this way are very very different from me. I never voluntarily repeat a scene, I don't rewatch things in the gallery. I play through the story, that's it. Once the story is over, I move on, I will most likely not return, as there are toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many stories to read and I'll never catch up!

I'm sorry if I sounded rude. I was at my job and was in "concise brain mode".
I love Kim. I loved her since I decided to get her into the game when I saw her model. I've met people with vitiligo since very young (my parents had a friend with vitiligo as visible as Kim's, at least at conversation distance. He was caucasian, so at a distance it was less visible.). My reaction when I met him for the first time was the logical curiosity of a 6-7 years old kid. And he was kind (and patient) to answer all my doubts. No, it wasn't leper (I was obsesed with leper for a time after watching Ben-Hur). No, it wasn't contagious. No, it wouldn't kill him. Yes, he could lead a normal life. Etc.

Years later I met more people with vitiligo. I became friends with a couple of them. They were normal to me. One of the girls I met became a very close friend (only friend) and we talked a lot about how she felt about her condition. It was High School and some people can be cruel. I tried to tell part of her story, and how she felt, through Kim.

I love a lot of things about Kim, but what I like the most (and what makes her even more unique) is that she cares about what Martha would think if she starts dating the MC. She is starting to see Martha as a maternal figure. That makes her wanting Martha's approval to date the MC. They are "sharing" a mother at the end of the day (especially in the unpatched version, where Martha isn't the bio mother of any of them).

Kim will be the cathalizer for some interesting events we will see in the future. Stay tuned!

I would replay things in a gallery like My Dorm's (if the game gets me engaged enough). I would like to know how my favorite scene would play out taking different choices that affects it. But there is too much to do to replay the whole game only to watch it.
Having a gallery that allows me to define my choices in every rewatch would be great. Even having a gallery where I can see the full story of a single girl at the end of the game (with different choices) would be awesome.

I always said My Dorm is the game I would like to play. And it (finally) has the gallery I would like every game to have.
