I'm watching a film about a flood, so I thought that was why the bg ocean looked like a wall of water at first glance. But the closer I looked I think it's because the clouds are "in" the water, which implies a MUCH smaller sphere than the Earth, so I think it's just that the perspective is a little wonky. That argument has always baffled me. Anyone that knows anything about the human body knows that one function of pubic (and anal and nasal) hair is to help keep those sensitive areas protected, acting as a barrier to things that might get up and in - it's the way the human body works. Granted, not as important in a day and age when we wear undergarments and so forth, but in our ancient past, it was one more tool in our natural defense against infection. If any dude associates it with uncleanliness, he should probably stop picking up his dates at the truck stop.

This is really generational and regional, in the US millennials and younger A LOT of women shave with no input from their male partners, developing an affection for the level of merkin-ness that's available in one's natural environment is pretty normal. People just shouldn't be shitty if a woman has chosen to go with something that isn't their personal preference.

At least locally, quite a number of women will at least partially remove their pubic hair so as not to have it in their bikini line even if they don't fully shave.

Personally, I can appreciate the unshaven or shaven look, though I do like if at least some care has been taken to "trim the hedges" if it's particularly wild. I do the same, which my wife certainly appreciates when going down.

I've spent a decent anount of time on the ocean, and the only time you see the clouds touch the water (excluding fog) is when there is a huge wave between you and the horizon. The kind that makes you soil yourself and make a desperate run for your survival suit.

But that clam I would eat whether it was smooth or looked like it had joined ZZ-Top. Anyone who wouldn't and insists (with a bizarre degree of entitlement about what other people's bodies should look like) on all-shaved all-the-time definitely raises a LOT of red-flags...

Reminds me of my years in college doing work-study as a pool lifeguard at a warm-weather international University where I was exposed (ha ha) for the first time to some European women who did not trim the hedges at all and casually had bush spilling out of their bikinis. I'm all for the naturalness of body hair, but I do think having Macy Gray below the belt is just cause for some light bodyscaping, particularly when you plan to wear revealing clothes.
