Only if length-of-relationship is the only variable. I would think that for many/most people type-of-relationship carries far more weight. When I was married my wife knew tons of things about me that I had never shared with any platonic friend. And as you grow into adulthood you change quite a bit as well - an old friend who knew kid/adolescent you probably doesn't know "adult" you as well as a current romantic partner would. So I would say the original order is believable.

What interests me is where Martha/Emma/Norah/Daphne/Erika end up on that list, because as their romantic relationships progress, they also have that built-in established relationship knowing MC back into his childhood. So at some point I would expect all 5 of them to rank higher than any of those three.

Eileen-Scarlett-Olivia (Scarlett was Daphne's friend, not the MC's, and Meemaw didn't live at home and didn't visit too often)
Betty (most years of MC's childhood spent in Africa)
The rest (perhaps with a little advantage for Saira at the start, and for the most observant girls like Amanda or Debbie at the end, since they acquire information not only from their own experiences but also from those of others)

Yeah, it could easily be a choice. There are choices that pre open paths, it could be something similar to avoid it, plus its just a suggestion for the dev. I just want to focus on Alexia, but then it jumps to Betty which takes me out of it, since she is a girl I will never romance.

I am playing catch up cause I like to accumulate a few updates and heard Lisa got a new look and some progression, so thought I would drop back in since I stopped before the pool party. I am enjoying it so far, but I have one suggestion for a possible change. (putting in spoiler just in case.

Also don't know if you saw but will mention just in case, but days 19 and 20 days title screens are in spanish, and didn't play part 3 yet, but some of the gallery titles are in spanish there too.

About Betty's scene and the paths pre-opening:
Every path pre-opening choice (Martha, Samantha, Meemaw, Kiara, etc.) is shown when the player has enough information about that woman's personality and story to make an informed choice about that path. It's done to avoid a menu that would break the narrative flow or to show some needed scenes before taking the real action (that will be taken automatically by the MC or the lady). Kiara is the best example. Pre-opening the path was needed to show Eileen-Kiara's conversation before Kiara kisses the MC.

With Betty, we aren't there yet. We don't know enough of her story to make that informed choice (besides personal tastes based on looks and/or age). And that's why, in that scene, we don't see her naked (some of the bathrooms have windows overlooking the jacuzzi, so it would have been easy). The player still hasn't decided so I shouldn't show her naked. But the player hasn't decided yet and I could show her scratching her groin.

The player can decide what the MC will do, but not what the ladies will do. The most obvious example of that is Martha groping and trying to seduce the MC before the costume party, even if the player "rejected" her. Why is "rejected" quoted? Because the MC never rejected her. The player clicked a button (three times) saying he was not interested, but didn't tell her.

Betty will have a pre-opening path choice because it changes the narrative of later scenes, but that choice will be made when her story is ripe. I think if Lisa's pre-opening choice (she hasn't one) was shown at the airport, many players would have rejected her. I know a lot of those players will accept her when the real choice shows. Why? Because they will know more about her when the choice makes its appearance. The same is applicable to Betty.

And remember, we also saw Emma masturbating (and naked) in the first chapter, way before the choice to open a path with her was shown. If there wasn't a problem then, there shouldn't be a problem with Betty. We saw Amanda, Scarlett, Daphne, and Emma naked before their choices were made. I understand Betty is different (looks, age, nun) and not so appealing to some players (I don't judge) so I didn't show anything explicit about her during Alexia's scene.

I forgot about Emma, too and I don't mind seeing them naked like topless pool ,or the hello kisses.

But I understand, I guess I will just ctrl skip the whole scene next time I play and then and skip everything totally he Dnd start , since it ruins Alexia scene for me and I don't want to see it, so While I don't like it I understand. Appreciate the Response.
