You can just edit your previous post to add this info in. I am still confused though if you are playing the official android, and saved in the right spot you shouldnt have any issues with part 3.
I mean when i ran through it i started part 2 without a save and played right through with zero issues.

So your save loads, if you can do a screenshot. Rollback one dialogue line and send us the screenshot, please. Or tell me the last sentence of the update (Dialogue, not the "Save here" screen).

go into option/settings and change clone to familly (or reinstall the patch)

As ciberma7865 said, either you didn't install the patch or you didn't choose "Family" on the main menu. The patch enables the Family/Clones button, but you should choose what version you want to play.

No idea. I wasn't aware it had one until another player said it. I guess Riam coded it and I wasn't aware of it.

Weird I can't find it but the only saves that transferred when I set up my new phone are the ones in alt locations, and mydorm transferred, so I'm pretty sure it has an alt save loc.

Intresting, i tried it out myself. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game to see if the saves would stay. And they didnt.

Weird... maybe they aren't in a second location then, but all my other non second location games failed to transfer... so weird.
