Removed both files and even downloaded and unzipped the game again. Unfortunately it didn't help.
Every time I restart the game, it comes up in Spanish and unfortunately not in English.
Ipatch is installed and is displayed in the menu and can be changed.
All the settings made in the menu are not saved after restarting the game.

You should have to change it (only) once.

That's how I know it from many other games. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of games that behave identically every time, just like this game.
And I don't know why.
Sorry totally forgot to mention that I'm playing Season 3. Is that important?

For me, everything works perfectly from the very beginning. Each save should keep your initial settings.

There are some girls whom being shaved makes sense:
Debbie and Simone: Competitive swimmers.
Kim: Model (even if she doesn't show it in her job)

The other (known) shaved girls do it because of personal taste:
Maddie and Samantha (player's taste).

So, out of 17 known girls, we have:
5 shaved (Sam's optional)
2 natural (Sam's optional)
1 stubble (Saira)
10 different types of trim

So depending on player's taste, Debbie, Simone, Kim, Maddie, and Samantha.

It's not a prank. Emma is giving Betty the push she (thinks she) needs after listening to the conversation in the car.
Emma plays the devil part, putting Betty in a tempting situation, so she chooses to stop being a nun.
Emma's initial plan (if on her path) was to sneak into the MC's room once Betty fell asleep. If you accept Betty, she renounces it to give Betty a chance. If you don't accept Betty, she renounces her plan to be supportive of Betty.

I think Emma deserves a prize, not a punishment.

As said above, she deserves a prize, so I think I would add something to your idea. To give her the chance to do the cleaning. Oh, and I would change your "(or literally anyone else in the harem)" for "(AND literally anyone else in the harem except for Daphne and Scarlett in the cleaning part)".

As said above, she deserves a prize, so I think I would add something to your idea. To give her the chance to do the cleaning. Oh, and I would change your "(or literally anyone else in the harem)" for "(AND literally anyone else in the harem except for Daphne and Scarlett in the cleaning part)".

As you say, that would have to be a prize though, as she definitely likes it (and as a sidenote, I like that you added that, it gives another dimension to their personality when the characters have something that they specifically like doing!).

OK, I didn't accept Betty. How did Emma find out about that, and not sneak into MC's room for a little bouncy-bouncy? Or did I forget a conversation where that was brought up within her earshot?
