IMHO, tennis has 2 main problems these days - the highest profile players are either boring or unlikeable assholes on the men's side, and power has transformed the women's game into a field dominated by not-too-feminine players at the top. I can't follow it any more either ever since Fed started getting injured all the time near the end of his career and stopped being able to keep up with Rafa and TennisRFK.

Tennis has changed as soccer basket rugby F1 motoGP etc. have changed. But you can't say Lendl and Connors weren't assholes. Or you can't say Musetti and Bublik are boring.

The Portuguese word that translates to, is Chefe. It is said exactly like Chef. There was a time, many years ago, where I truly considered going to Culinary School. I learned how much it cost, told my father, he looked at me like I had gone insane. After a few hours of berating me for my absolute lack of sense of reality, I was sent to my room... instead I got up and went out, spent 2 nights sleeping on the beach. The Police was looking for me, I was told. Didn't really care.

Anyway, that was the end of that. Until I went to the Army, and found myself in charge of a kitchen making food for 1000+ men every day, 3x a day... but no, I wasn't the Cook, or the Chef, just the paper pusher that wrote reports and ordered the guys around.
