lets you smash any girl with a heart beat --> MC didn't even have sex with everyone yet and he wouldn't just smash any girl.

allows you to beat the shit out of other males competing for your Love Interests --> MC doesn't beat up other men for competition, he protects his loved ones.

and you get to breed an entire harem of girls in the process --> MC expands his family with the women he loves.

I just fast forwarded to the choices to see if the game would be worth my time. There's some games out there that are rather deep, but you spend like 3 hours reading without a single sex scene, and I wasn't in the* mood to sit through another celibacy simulator one of those games when I downloaded this.

This game on the other hand, gave me a different impression. It's deep but also doesn't skimp on the sex scenes.

This is a game based and centered on the relationships you build, the backstories, the involvement with the "Girls" and I mean EMOTIONAL involvement, not just "Smash". In short, this is a game for Adults, not an Adult Game. This is a lengthy game with a LOT to read and feel. Your approach is simply the anathema of what this game intends and proposes.

You are, obviously, free to play however you want (or are capable of), just don't expect that we, the people that congregate here to appreciate the game, will respect or applaud your approach.

The last time I did an update without lewds was in 0.7A (Costume party; October 2022). A lot of players chalked it as a "filler update where nothing happens".
The last time I did an update where the MC isn't in bed (or somewhere else) with a girl was in 0.11A (the only lewd scene was the video conference with Saira; June 2023). Some players chalked it as... You can guess it: a "filler update where nothing happens".
The last time I did an update where only a girl had a lewd scene was in 0.13 (Sam and the MC caught by Simone; October 2023). The players not in Sam's path chalked it as... Yeah, you know what.

Since then, every update has had, at least, two lewd scenes to minimize the chance of someone not getting any lewd scene to avoid that kind of complaint (and to rotate the girls faster).

No offence taken, I realize my post was a little over the top. But if we're going to be honest, it just felt nice to play a good game after a few snoozers.

Out of respect for everyone here and the DEV's as well, I'll just say this was an enjoyable experience (even though I went a little overboard), and I am going to replay it anyways (now that I realize you aren't penalized too harshly for playing from the heart).

Skipping forward a bit the first time just to quickly check if a game is for you and only play it properly the second time I can fully understand. I've had a period where I did the same because there where a lot of games that where kinetic without the tag at the time. After a few games wasting your time you start to be quite distrustful of what is claimed. Eventually you'll be able to pick up better on what is claimed and what is true without needing to resort to such barbaric needs. I hope that day comes for you soon.

I guess I've finally fallen all the way into the iHole because for me there's another update type that I might consider "filler" - any update without a lewd landlady/roommate/clone scene.

Not saying I'm completely depraved just yet, but there are so many LIs that it feels like it would be really easy to lose and avoid one or two of the ones that MC didn't know before the start of the game or aren't part of the company. Even students who lived on the property would go back to being just students with little issue. So an update with scenes only including those LIs would feel story-lite to me. The "patchily unavoidable" ones are LIs I never want to see completely 'left out' even for a single update because problems with them would likely have a snowball effect on MC's entire life, so those are the spicy ones and the scenes that this particular sicko never wants to do without.
