I'd just like to give a compliment to the developer on the execution of the scene with Maddie farting, it was very well done! Not only was it humorous, but it was also very cute, fun, and incredibly wholesome.

So, if you're reading this, big thank you! Your effort hasn't gone unnoticed. And know that I would 100% be on board for more scenes like that in the future if possible, with (of course) keeping them optional/secret for those that "can't handle it"

Since one player asked me how to add a signature image linked to the Steam page, I decided to do a small guide, in case anyone else needs it (you can also use it to link your signature images to the OP of the games you are promoting)
Go to your signature setup page:

ok, i THINK i figured out how a completionist (well, partial, at least, unless you wanna have 3 SEPERATE versions of "My Dorm" on your hard drive.....) As it is here on F95 right now, i only need 2 separate folders for season 1, raw and the patched, because for seasons 2 and 3 i simply toggle the "clones/family" switch, right? i'm not missing anything right? i'm seriously asking because somewhere on my first playthru i musta hit the toggle without knowing what the hell it was and ended up basically switching between the 2 stories at different parts and confused myself ALOT! it took a separate partial playthru to make any sense of the story (on the family side.....) ANYWAY, enough of my incoherent rambling.......so tl;dr- 4 folders in total, right?


......am i fucking complicating this game too much?

I think a couple should be very comfortable around each other to fart (or revenge fart) willingly in front of each other. Maddie and the MC's relationship started awkwardly, and that scene was there to show how it has grown on both of them.

In the next update there's another "we are comfortable enough" scene. Although not so humorous.

Yes, to have the completionist playthrough, you need 4 folders:
Season 1 (patched/unpatched)
Season 2 (patched, so you can change your playthrough in runtime with the clone/family toggle)
Season 3 (same as Season 2)
The next update inaugurates Season 4, so it will be another folder.

As an aside - this is why I think the MC (who usually involves feelings and/or "love" for a LI) isn't necessarily ALWAYS hung up on those feelings. Maddie tried to blackmail him, and one of his paths was a reverse-blackmail for sex. It didn't require feelings at all, though he -may- have simply been toying around with her while he got to know her. But.. sex in the meantime before it developed further.

Just wanted to point that out, so that the MC doesn't get stuck in a "I have to love them before sleeping with them" rut. That particular pairing opened the door for more than that, and I think it has a large range of possibilities for the game, side-characters, 1-off encounters, and even for the existing LIs and a bit of temporary drama (should you want to toss it in).

My .02 of course, but that's how I see the MC in a general light. Sex typically involves feelings for him, but doesn't require them.

Yep, but taking it into consideration means he isn't a single-faceted MC who *only* gets involved with those he loves. I'd like to see more content like that - it can start without feelings, and possibly transform into something more. It'd be prime material for any of the new girls at the Dorm, and might even toss in some fun drama with unique situations that don't involve feelings beyond "she's hot, I'd like to have her". One or more of the girls could easily be fighting for the position of queen and using sex to get there, and finally find out she has developed feelings.

That sort of stuff, mix it up a bit, branch outside the mold, bring in new blood and new scenarios.

I personally went with Maddie's love path first, because I thought she was just desperate and lonely and I actually liked her demeanor. But I also saw attraction in the blackmail path (yes - I'm a kinky fucker at heart), and was glad to see them merge after all that. I'd like to see more opportunities for that kind of play - heavier mainstream kinks, light dom/sub, and feelings developing throughout the process. Just my .02

For me, it's "appreciation of the female form, in all it's glory". Martha was never disrespected in my playthroughs, just appreciated with oogles whenever possible. And I equally enjoyed Maddie's Love and Sub routes, despite being a kinky fucker.

Your Queen retains her respect. My Queen (Maddie at this point) has both respect, and my fear of her retaliation.

Trope has said multiple times that MC is a flawed character. Just because he espouses a particular mindset, doesn't mean he is consistent -- and can be hypocritical even if you don't stray from your (the player) vision of how he should act.
