Yeah, we are indeed built differently. I've been in IRL situations way worse than that peeping, and I have always chose to err on the side of respect, either by averting my eyes, or covering them or simply exiting. Yes, I have missed some glances of naked women that I wasn't meant to see, but, in a few of those cases I got them anyway, and by then, I was the intended target.

Does that mean that being respectful is always the best way? Maybe not. What I do know is it is the way that I feel respect for myself. What others feel or do, is absolutely NOT my problem.

And yes, violating someone's privacy is INDEED disrespectful. No doubts or if or whats. But, I only have to sleep with MY conscience, so, I'm good.

Unless she wants to be looked at. Or realizing she's being looked at in that way turns her on, or makes her feel good about herself, even with the privacy being infringed on. A lot of people would feel violated, but then a lot of people wouldn't, or would realize when it's happening that it was pleasurable in some way. We just can't know beforehand what they'll like and accept. ~10 years ago I would have balked immediately at being exposed in front of someone I wasn't seeing. Today, I'm absolutely an exhibitionist. So you really can't tell until you cross that bridge with someone, and they experience it for themselves.

You just never can tell. I don't see things in black and white, but endless shades of grey. If we were all the same, life would be boring. And that's why I like endless choices and steamy scenarios in AVNs, and am grateful that Trope gave us the choice with Maddie and her routes. I hope to see more of it.

Well, you , me and some of us run with the advantage that we follow this game from almost day 1 and specially the Maddie situation, was discussed here in the thread, a bit before the public release of that chapter in S1. iirc
so we knew to some point, what was comming.
for me it is interesting to hear the take of a total new player like Jaga.

New-ish maybe. I think I've been playing/following My Dorm for around 1.5-2 years now. But I'll admit I'm absolutely not the average Joe. Definitely a lot of people who were here from the start, and even well before that.

It's nice to see a lot of different opinions on the game and how Trope handles it, what he decides for each LI, and overall the harem dynamic in the game. I think his writing and creativity is steadily improving as the game progresses. And a wider range of scenarios and LI types can only appeal to a broader range of people in the end.

Strangely enough, because I never peeped on Martha, I never got blackmailed. I've replayed this a few times, and whenever I get to that decision, I choose the same every time. Respect Martha.

It isn't the laundry room, but a laundromat.
The laundry room in Martha's house is in a room in the basement (one of the doors behind Norah in the "paint the basement" scene).
In Norah's house, it's beside the sauna.
We haven't seen any of them.
