I'm playing the new update and while looking through my spreadsheet of notes for this game, I'm seeing that I noted Kalyani as Saira's younger sister, but the new update refers to her as Saira's cousin. Did I just make a mistake in my notes or has that changed since earlier in the game?

for me she's always been her cousin don't know how it is with the patch

No difference, as the patch only changes the core (Marks) family and clones.

She's always been her younger cousin. With so many family (families) interwined, it's easy to make a small mistake like that one.
