Last night, neither me nor the wife felt like cooking, she asked if I would be OK with ordering Pizza. Oh yeah, bring it... Our daughter had some points to spend on the Pizza place, so, she ordered... I chose a Shrimp Pizza, didn't even bother to read the rest of the toppings... Half an hour later, there they are, 3 mediums. I open the first, not mine, but it had Pineapple, nice. I open the second, not mine, but, you guessed it, it had pineapple, extra nice. The last one was mine, and yeah, it also had Pineapple...
Now you may be thinking, was it on purpose? I for sure didn't ask for it. My wife asked for a Bacon pizza, daughter asked for a mushrooms and bacon... was it an accident and we asked for the only 3 pizzas with Pineapple? No clue. Their app is a nightmare to navigate, so, I will not bother to go check it...
The end result is: 3 empty pizza boxes, with a single slice surviving for my breakfast. Life is good.

German, Greek, both start with a G and are in Europe. Easily confused (*hides from the Germans & Greek*). Point is; someone not from Italy changed an Italian dish, in a country on the other side of the Atlantic, used a fruit from another continent & named it after an island hundreds of kilometers away from all locations involved.
I'd say the guy was a master in confusing people
