Yes, in Chapter 10, when Betty and Meemaw arrived at Norah's house.
The scene count refers to the number of scenes where something sexual is involved. Emma's fingering in the shower from Season 1-Chapter 1 is included. Daphne/Scarlett/Emma nude shower in the same chapter or Amanda's in Ch 10 aren't.
