I just read the Wiki article and there's a mistake about the Spanish province of Teruel. There is a campaign called "¡Teruel Existe!" (Teruel exists), but it's not because of a conspiracy, but because it's been historically ignored by the political parties. It's one of the provinces with lowest population, so it gives few seats. I had Nutella and banana pizza several times as dessert in a trattoria 400m from my home. It was good.
The Nutella and strawberry wasn't as good, though.

They do it in Italy too, but not with pizza. With piadina. Pizza is pizza. Piadina can be adapted.
