Should be able to load a save towards the end of the previous update (0.25), then change it and start this most recent update (0.26) with the date, I think.

Sorry, late to the party. Looking at your profile screen for Meemaw, there are two options:
Have you played any lewd scenes with her?
A.- Yes, your save got corrupted and changed the option to rejection.
B.- No, you rejected her by accident in the Doc's office.
Fix:
A: Load a save from the end of 0.25 (before tasting the ice cream), go to profiles, and open the relationship manually.
B: You should load a very old save from Season 2 (before 0.16) and play from there (playing in Season 2, you won't be able to see anything from Season 2 in Season 3)
It was native since release 0.1. In Season 2, it was improved visually.

Or install URM (Universal Renpy Mod) and change the variable. If you don't want to keep the mod you can just change the variable, advance the story a few clicks, and save. URM can then be removed without consequence and with no damage to saves.

He can disable the mod, removing it will probably be a lot more work

I've found this not to be necessarily true with the latest couple URMs...
But it's NBD, put URM back and all is happy again.
