I'm playing the new update and while looking through my spreadsheet of notes for this game, I'm seeing that I noted Kalyani as Saira's younger sister, but the new update refers to her as Saira's cousin. Did I just make a mistake in my notes or has that changed since earlier in the game?

for me she's always been her cousin don't know how it is with the patch

She's always been her younger cousin. With so many family (families) interwined, it's easy to make a small mistake like that one.

i'd imagine the nutella just overpowers everything. In hs my mom dared me to eat tartar sauce ketchup and chocolate syrup all in one go, and the chocolate syrup just over powered everything and that's all it tasted like.

If you mean playing the game from the very beginning, yes. Play each download sequentially, saving at the end of each. I think Trope implemented a 'questions' option if you're starting from a later download, but it sounds like you want to play from day 1.
