A small question: If you call the mechanic for your car, do you only say "It doesn't start"? Without telling the mechanic whether you mean a car or a tractor? Without giving him details? Without telling him whether the car has fuel or not?
It's hard to help you if you don't give more details than "It doesn't work at all". Which is a lie by your own words. You complain about visuals but not about the game not starting, so your "at all" is a lie.
We players try to be helpful to save the dev some support work so he can continue developing, but you are making it hard to help you if you don't give any details.
