Just, follow second or third scenario and be happy that free games of CLVG have same content and don't complain ;)

I think that this is fair to all but for some reason there are supporters that try to get 1 second of fame. The only thing they obtained is a public release some days earlier. I still hope that all players will respect mine and other dev's hard work instead of destroying it.

If I were pretty and young I would complain and maybe even cry a little, but I'm old and ugly that's why I don't do it.
I'm not complaining, not here in this thread which I defend tooth and nail.
I only asked a question because I have little time to come here and since the update was a little late, I was kind of lost.
But nothing more..

'My Early Life' Episode 8 is now available for Silver members

Dear all

A personal copy of Episode 8 of My Early Life has just been uploaded to each Silver member.
If you're a new Silver member, please be patient as I have to generate your personal copy.
Episode 8 is the largest update I ever have released and it has been a crazy work to have it up and running.
Lots of new features are implemented.
I have also been listening to some of the complaints about some of the new features/challenges in the game. However it is still my opinion that this is a game and not just a click and watch story.
* You can now text the girls when they are in school or working. That will have some impact on their mood and arousal
* A much better hint system is now implemented and you no longer need a WT to finish this episode.
Episode 8 consists of no less than 2250 new images and 35 animations. You have to play through 102 bookmarks with more than 500 subevents.
A new sub engine makes sure that the progress with the girls is linear.

Can't be bothered with this anymore. The developer's idea of challenge is repetition and blind guessing and I don't quite agree with that. The pretty girl(s) won't do enough to worth my time:

Dear developer, do you want my subscription? Come up with some interesting/engaging gameplay and you'll have my money because no matter how you present this, your "game" is still a disguised VN...

I'm listening. May I propose that you tell me what you exactly want and I'll see if it fits into my own ideas. The other way around will be like finding the needle in a haystack.

Just of the top of my head... just give the player options... present a problem with multiple solutions; one of the solution would yield 100% result another just 50% and some other one or two... blank/neutral result (but plausible) and another one with a clear negative result. But again, this is just an example, I don't need this in your game. You have shops and clothing in your game; make those count for something. Get the player to convince the girls wearing them. Again, present option towards that; get the player choosing among multiple variants... present all but make only one, "the best one". Give a chance for redemption in case of a fuck up, don't force the player to restart the game. Many things I would suggest would require a lot more coding than rendering. I'm not saying that images are not important; they are essential but unfortunately not enough. Again, these are just some examples not what I need in the game...

I have to stop here because something requires my attention, sorry. Hoping you are getting the gist of it

Personally I like the slower pace, you still need the "it's porn after all" mindset but the progression is at least somewhat believable compared to other VNs. One thing I'd suggest is to add more variety in the repeating events. Right now, without checking the list, it's often hard to tell whether a given chain is completed and I'm just watching the same scene again or if it's still going and there will be some new dialogue at the end. I'm not saying 'make each scene completely different' but it's odd when characters repeat the same lines each day
