Does anyone have a clean save of chapter 9 100%?

I'd be grateful if anyone can help with the last bookmarks on Episode 5.
I've done every standard action multiple times and the choices from Lynn or Eve being in my room in the evening either lead to repeat events or nothing extra happens. e.g. Choosing to bathe with Eve has no effect, as I get the standard bath scene. Eve skinny dipping and Lynn watching a movie now just repeat the last scene.

This game is horrible in grind and progression consistency, but I like(d) the story and the slow solid burn of what is shown and what can be done with the girls that I've played to chapter 7 but the grind and progression are getting a little monotonous.
Grind:
Every chapter seems to have multiple "do this thing 10 times" where each time you do it you get 1 or 2 more frames where after you've seen it once you can almost always skip the whole thing until the last time you have to do it, this isn't grind this is bloat, there isn't really even any different dialogue it's almost literally just 1 frame extra each time.
Either add some substance to the repeats or reduce the grind.
Progression:
Every new chapter it seems you go backwards with the girls and need to repeat half the things you did the last chapter again, I just did each thing 10 times why do it again in the new chapter. Either that of they seem to hate your touch again and there is another "do this thing 10 times" to build it back up again. It's all over the place. Not to mention that sometimes whilst your talking to them naked in one scene they seem to hate that you see their tits in another, there is zero consistency between scenes and even worse between chapters.
The worst thing I've seen so far though is at the very beginning of chapter 7 where after no real touching or feeling from Lynn she just straight up sucks your dick in the kitchen for money, like wtf, she hasn't even really touch you properly and now your dicks in her mouth.

I am stuck trying to trigger the final two points I have on my list.

I have tried every room and possible combination of pattern that could trigger the event that I could find yet nothing.
Even going and installing two different 'cheat' mods to see if it can point me in the right direction. One not even working tbh but still. I can not figure out how to proceed these events.

Seems like the Events that are not activating is....
Event 22 it seems. It shows as "Done - False"
But I can not see the condition required for it to be done.

It was Event 28, a Bobroom one... FFS...

This game is fk'n terrible after EP8 without mods and the ones that guide you to do the correct things don't work after EP8 anyway so you're still left guessing and grinding regardless.
The story stops making sense and the girls must have just given up trying to tell the MC no because they all just blow him at the drop of a hat which loses it's charm when you have to do it 10+ times.
Everything starts to cost 500+ so if you don't have a money mod you'll be grinding them night pics for days just to advance the story a little which becomes harder as the Dev decided that we get to choose how much we pay and if you pay too little there isn't any progress. Not to mention the scenes where the Dev just straight up takes 50% of your current money.
Scenes get worse too where there is no pausing to admire a frame as it auto forwards to the next frame.
This game was interesting upto EP7 with a mod that guides you, after that it's possibly up there with one of the worse executed games on this site for grind and plot-irrelevance.
Oh I should add that EVERY episode so far has had some issue in the tracking of the events that you'll likely be force to skip the last 1 or 2 events. Either that or you'll be grinding random rooms every day to try and see if there is a hidden trigger in one of them, bugged to fuck with the event triggers.

I played most of this game without the hints mod and only discovered it while I was half way through episode 6 and it fast tracked the whole game and made it less tedious. But now in episode 8 and going forward it's not showing anything, I can play the game without it but it was a big help. Anyone know how I can fix it?

I am stuck on Episode 14 Bookmarks 70/85. I have looked for a trigger not listed in the ?, but nothing so far. Been through a week and no change?? Anyone else have this issue? Attached the save file if anyone wants to check.
I know I can do that and I have on a couple chapters, but I would like to finish the chapter if possible if someone knows how.
I'm a big fan of this guys games. While this one is great, i feel that its gone on for too long. Another part I didn't like was what? 10 chapters till sex? too long even for a gooner like me.
