doesnt do anything.. it either says, that shes at school.. or that she is inside and i can bring her coffee / sanwich .. or talk to her about homework, and then to check it when shes at the pool.. but nothing happens there when shes at the pool

did you manage to get through these events?
I'm also stuck in this place in episode 20 (now 41/105, lvl 1 )...

I'm stuck on ep23's 76/78

What should I do here

I tried resetting it twice on ep23 and it stuck at the same point.

According to the hint, you need to go to the TV room at 22:00. I'm not sure why as nothing really happens in the scene.
As for the last one, you need to go the pool at 15:00 on a Tuesday or Thursday. It only triggers when you're on 77/78.
