I give up . After pouring so much effort into Chapters 1-18, I could accept that Chapter 19 reset all my progress. But now I'm stuck at 25/86 in Chapter 19 with just '7, 17, 18' as clues - totally impossible to progress. I have no choice but to drop it.

Seems like there's a few bugs in ch19 unfortunately, best to skip ahead.
If you open the console you can try this.
EVENTS[1].SetDone()
Most likely this one is enough. Close the console and skip ahead one day, then one hour and you should be at level 2 and be able to progress.
(These are the other trigger requirements, but I think you have them if you were at 24 or 25 /86 since thats where I was stuck as well

I think EVENT 1 is supposed to be in the bathroom to enable level1_2 active, unfortunately, the bathroom that sets EVENT 1 to DONE requires you to be on level1_2 already... so..
You'll run into another block on level 2 ch 19 with the same bug as above, where EVENTS[2] has been added as a requirement to advance to 1_3 despite it being "hidden" as an objective UNTIL you complete it.

Same issue is there for level 3, 4 and 5. with EVENTS 3, 4, 5.

i had to spam the gallery every day 10-14 to make outfits and take photos since I was at like 73/78 and still 'level 0' in terms of advancing, which opened up the remaining hits and unlocks.

I can't complete the 9am BR scene and I also am at 76/78. I thought I might have missed a couple of events on the Tues/Thurs on one's stomach pool tanning events, but when I repeat them, all's good. How do I finish off the 9AM BR events? I've tried everything that I can think of.

I had 76/78. On Tuesday (Thursday) at 9:00 a.m. in the shower, he hugged me from behind, touched my chest, and lowered his hand down. 77/78. At 15.00 pool, Thea comes naked and jerks off a Bob. 78/78.

Bathroom in the morning : Walk from behind, Approach from front -> Breast -> Intimate doesn't work? Noone in bathroom or what?
It's one of the options from the scene in the bathroom at 9am. So if the breast -> intimate doesn't work just try all the different options from the front and back. Skip to next day and skip hours to get to 9am asap
At this rate I'm guessing next episode will get 1 handjob scene, the one after that a BJ, and then she will forget everything and there's gonna be a few more chapters where we will have to get her naked again

I know, 21-22 much easier than 19-20, but
0.23 is much more intuitive-understandable. Required actions progress, there is almost no dead ends(like it was in 1-18)(not needed actions were dissapearing, there was no confusion).
So now, "19-20"'s "leveling" actually feels good, without a bit poorly understandable dresses' choosing(celavie could leave it actually, after that hard time, players understood the logic), game doesnt let you to go where you are not supposed to be until you do the same progress on other locations(Awakening - Sleep - Pool - Bathroom - Beach).
