Are you using the (current) version 26.01 of the game ?
And are you encountering a bug when trying to talk to Thea on OnlyFancy (or when trying to display the hints) ?
Because having the impossibility to talk to Thea on OnlyFancy can block the advance in the main plot: i.e. the concerned event with the bug is not important by itself, but talking to her on OnlyFancy is required to unlock some other events.
In this case, you could have a look at my patch for this version (only for the episode 25 in the version 26.01 of the game):

I don't know if it affects the game later on, but I got tired and decided to skip the episode.

On Episode 3 the 10:00 bookmark what are you supposed to do? eve is in a good mood but the bookmark wont trigger feels like i went through her route about 10 times. is it just gitched?

Did it affect your game? thinking of doing the same or just playing a different game until a walkthrough is made.
I have just finished ep19. I heard ep19 starts another scenario with new characters. Is that still going on?
It just ended in Ep 26. ep 27 will go back to the original MC and girls.

There is the Multi mod on the first page. i use that to fix the bugs with the game and see what bookmarks i have missed
