I'm stuck at 25/86 episode 19. I can't get Thea to wear anything, she is still at level 1. Her comfort is at max. Am I supposed to craft dresses myself? I work at the studio but I keep getting the same scene.

You need to work like 4-5 times per dress afaik. and sometimes there's like a trigger scene around 14-ish where she'll test the dresses but cant remember if that starts in ch 19 or a bit later.
You may want to look at this from an earlier post.
Seems like there's a few bugs in ch19 unfortunately, best to skip ahead.
If you open the console you can try this.
EVENTS[1].SetDone()
Most likely this one is enough. Close the console and skip ahead one day, then one hour and you should be at level 2 and be able to progress.
(These are the other trigger requirements, but I think you have them if you were at 24 or 25 /86 since thats where I was stuck as well

EVENTS[27].SetDone()

I think EVENT 1 is supposed to be in the bathroom to enable level1_2 active, unfortunately, the bathroom that sets EVENT 1 to DONE requires you to be on level1_2 already... so..
You'll run into another block on level 2 ch 19 with the same bug as above, where EVENTS[2] has been added as a requirement to advance to 1_3 despite it being "hidden" as an objective UNTIL you complete it.

Same issue is there for level 3, 4 and 5. with EVENTS 3, 4, 5.
I was stuck at 24/86 Episode 19, and skipped to Episode 20.
Now I'm stuck at 51/105 in Episode 20.
The version used is 25.01 downloaded via Patreon.
There seems to be bugs that aren't getting fixed.
Yea, I think the most you can get in Episode 19 before you hit the bug is 25/86 with v25.01 from the authors Mega download on Patreon / About.
(Tested on the linux release)
As mentioned before, with URM from this forum you can go into its options (alt-m) and enable the console (alt-o) then type EVENTS[1].SetDone()
Then you'll get stuck again a bit later, and you'll need to type EVENTS[2].SetDone(). These events are tied to the dresses 1 and 2 from the left.
There is also another bug tied to opening the door in the morning and at night, if you then talk on onlyfreen you'll get an error message about undefined "open_door_7_accpted" which is a typo of "open_door_7_accepted".
You can open the console and set the variable correctly ($ open_door_7_accpted = True) or have the URM side window open and just watch for the check and then select the correct 'branch' which triggers the variable to be set to $ open_door_7_accepted = True which is used for other checks.
(or click "Ignore" on the script error, then set the variable '$ open_door_7_accepted = True') and you'll be past it, as there is no bookmark involved.
Edit:
This might work (extract in your /my early life 25.01/game/ folder. If you have main.rpy and office19.rpy files in that folder, they will overwrite these .rpyc files when you start the game.
But on the other hand, if you have already unrenpy'd the .rpyc files to .rpy, you can fix the bugs with a text editor yourself, so its a win either way.
These two files are from playing under WSL - not sure if RPYC is tied to the "platform" or can be shared across systems but guess you'll find out
Also, this is a possible fix for 25/86 but you might get stuck at 35/86 or somewhere else... or it might not even work, so there's that to think about as well.

Think of it as another bookmark, only in this case it is to URM52

Looks like there's another bug in chapter 19 (25.01) around bookmark 45-46.
You cant talk with her on onlyfancy if you're on dress level 3 because EVENTS[65].SetAvailable() isn't called anywhere. (But alt-o and you can do it!)
This seems to be related to making breakfast (with dress 3 picked at 7AM) then touching her butt 3 times in the kitchen at 8AM.
Then you're stuck with level1_4 not opening up, because you missed the Kitchen at 18:00 wearing dress 3 and asking her for champagne, which isn't listed on either of the hints screens.

Level 4 Chapter 19 has another blocker tied, sort of, to the bathroom after breakfast (We would be around bookmark 58 at this point) where you spy on her.
The reason for this is that the check to advance to LEVEL 5 is checking for EVENTS[5].Done instead of checking for EVENTS[3].Done. EVENTS 5 is actually set as done when you spy on her while on level 6.
You can fix it by alt-o and typing EVENTS[5].SetDone() or fix it in main.rpy yourself. Then after you've advanced to the next dress level, open the console and type EVENTS[5].Done=False to 'reset it' since the next part of the game doesn't have this bug.
Oh yea, rememberr to ask her for champagne at 18.00 while at level 2 wearing level 2 clothing or you'll be stuck at 85/86 at the end of the chapter.
Might be possible to start a new day and pick the level 2 clothes at 07, 17, 18 and then try it as well
