Not sure what you mean about changes.

Regarding money it was changed what you upload doesn't portion out anymore in earlier episodes, instead you withdraw.
Be careful how much you withdraw though as some things cost depending on how much you've got.
There are also some new features in the game depending on when you played it last.

The question mark is divided on what you need to do and what you have done (walkthrough light).
The old events list is still available though.
Other than that, keep them aroused and happy to progress.
Feelings as posted earlier has been introduced as hearts which someone was missing the img for.

On the previous version i ran into a block where it wouldnt proceed past 90/102.

I downloaded the latest version and was able to get it to 100/102.

My remaining events are N/A and 10:30 in the Kitchen.

Is it a glitch or did i miss an event?

In episode 8, Bob only has sex with Lina. In episode 9 she decided that it was actually a mistake.

I'm at 71/76 and all I have left is 22:30 Eve's Room.

I've got everything else you've listed above, but can't get that to trigger. Do I need to do another photoshoot, or do I just keep stalking her and hope something triggers?

I'm going to be honest I can't imagine playing this without some kind of cheat. That study 15 hours a week got really old fast and not to mention the amount of money the girls want in later episodes. Yikes.

Beside that I *really* like the game, the graphics are stellar. However there are some "issues" with the later episodes in the dialogue quality/renders etc it starts to feel rushed and not as polished as previously. I'm not going to complain since I do like the characters and the MC isn't obnoxious like in many other similar vns.

I'd give it a 4.5/5 mostly because I really like it(and I'm skipping the grindy part). I've not yet been able to complete quite a few scenes in the later episodes the triggers etc are really hard to figure out without any help or you just get lucky.

Trigger the 10:00 in Eve's room by talking to her in the kitchen at 10:30 a couple of times. Then go back to her room at 10:00 a couple of times till the photography session at the beach happens.

Other than that, I'm also stuck at 22:30 in Eve's room

Thanks, sadly I can't still trigger the event, I've tried avoiding visiting her at 10 and wait to talk to her in the kitchen several times and then going back to her room at 10 but nothing

Haha yeah it's frustrating. After the cover page has been shown, and all events following it had been done, I went to the kitchen at 10:30 and a discussion came up about approaching Lina to do the magazine photoshoot. Eve says something about her being too young.
At 10:30 the following day MC proposes her to do it. Then again at 10:30 he asks if she's thought about it.
Then at 10:00 (over a couple of days) in Eve's room they discuss it some more before she agrees.

I just can't get the 22:30 event to trigger, so that's got me stumped until someone else can shed some light.
