Start with sitting and watching several times, then try another option (I think it was wake her), followed by taking pictures, and finish with playing. I might be wrong about the order of taking pictures and waking her (just try each and do the one where she doesn't get mad/irritated several times).
Regardless of the quest tracker I just clicked on every location I saw Ariel in until it gave me new scenes and options (you'll get more after you change her hair).
He paints their nipples purple, which is super funny cause there is a character that had "normal" color nipples, and she didnt like herself. Luckily Bob changed that horrible red orange color for the way better 48h corpse color that we all love.
I'm confused. If I'm installing th game through chapter 16, do I need to install all five of the cheats? Or just the last one? Or maybe the first and last ones only?

Downloaded ep. 16 on December 2 from the "island", everything works. Windows 10. I finished the game with the translator in three hours.
