unfortunately i played and mc fucked that trans-woman (or just simply man)...realy dissapointing as whole game was good untinl than.
In other words, you haven't played or gotten to that part at all.

The "rework", actually a Hotfix like it says in the changelog you supposedly read, was in June, and you never said anything until 16 days ago. You've been here since 22nd October this year!
You already had access to the fixed version and still made the choice to have the MC have sex with Ava, which means you wanted to see it!

You already had access to the fixed version and still made the choice to have the MC have sex with Ava, which means you wanted to see it!
if you choose to have Ava strip naked and get Doctor to call you then the option is there later.
If you choose to have Ava not strip and just return to the desk and wait the option is not there.
Which is kind of odd choice to have the only option to refuse Ava is if you get her naked. Probably what is leading to confusion. This is with the Current code episode 7.
EDIT: I don't think it's a choice the developer is making just on oversight in the code
With current Ep7 there's no option to prevent her getting undressed or the MC being called, but there is the option to refuse her after that. Should you choose to have Hannah fuck her before the MC arrives, there's still an option to refuse her and both lead to the same outcome - Dropping her off at the motel.

Not if you choose the option not to allow the girls & girl action without the MC in the masage parlor. the second option is there.
The reason you then see two options at the point is the variable ( e4_girlongirl_freedom = True ) for saying you said to share the girls is set to True right before it. probably was put in to test the code but was never removed.

I do agree since looking at the code again I'm not sure there is a way to have the doctor have sex with Ava without having the option after to Say "She's not my type" to refuse Ava.Regardless, it still doesn't change that his pants are on fire...
scifi element in a harem porn game makes as much sense as harem porn generally does anyways. In the world of fiction I'll be more okay with a gender bender that's not really possible or not yet possible over trans or crossdressing just based on my own preferences in real world. Straight guy not liking that and preferring the scifi full female body and mindgames etc over trans/siss/crossdress is all good. so glad they made that an option over the other and looks like they are making the whole thing optional to include the spicy scenes with them anyways.that is something what doesnt exist or making any sence
