Can't tell you how many games over the years are held off from being tagged abandoned because whenever the word gets tossed around a "dev update" appears to stoke the flames and then nothing happens again for another 6-12 months.

Not saying that's guaranteed to happen here, but it happens more often than it doesn't.

there's rule for that, 18 months w/o update = abandoned, if you see game which has last update older than that then report op and report abandoned.
