Oh I didn't know that. So do we have tags for other Ntr stuff except Netorare? Or they just cover it in cheating/swinging tags?

At present, the "NTR" tag definition here on F95 is specific to the MC's POV, and it is very specific. It isn't identical to netorare, but it's close:
Since it is defined by the MC's POV, it explicitly does not cover netori (an LI cheating on their partner with the MC), which would be bundled up in "Cheating" instead (which is a much broader tag that's a lot less useful for filtering).
"Swinging" covers cases where the MC and LI are letting each other have sex with other people without causing jealousy.
It covers netorare (an LI cheating on the MC to cause jealousy in the MC), plus things that some people don't consider netorare (a potential LI having sex with someone else to cause jealousy in the MC - this one often causes controversy, because the more hardcore NTR fans defend it by claiming it isn't NTR, because the MC and potential LI "weren't together"), and some types of netorase (an LI cheating on the MC to cause jealousy and arousal in the MC).

Any news as to when Ep6 is coming? Not rushing the developer, but I'm enjoying this so much. Just the option to share or not to share is what most games are lacking. Games with "varying journey" to a specific destination/path is the best imo

I like a variety of different types of h-games. The narrative in this one is basically going all-in on "porn game logic". And I'm into it. Not every game should or needs to be "adult Shakespeare" in order to be good imo, even though I also enjoy some more serious narratives as well. But sometimes I just want a good fuckfest, with just enough loose "realism" to hold everything together where it isn't just random fucking.
I played this one a while back and really liked it. Enough to where I was very disappointed when I saw the Abandoned tag. I was so glad to see that it isn't dead. Played the new build from the beginning last night, and now I like it even more. I hope this game goes on for a good long while.
If that part of the story is going where I think it's going, and it turns out that Lillian is actually MC's biological daughter, will it be silly? Yes. Will I care that it's silly? Fuck no. I'll think it's hot as fuck. Also am a huge Zoey fan.
I've seen a lot of "typical" NTR games on the site, but not many that focus hard on Netori. So finding one that not only has Netori, but is also the focus, is just great. I love the cuckery going on with Luke and Zoey. I hope he's a fully-fledged cuck by the end. Cock-cage, serving drinks, thanking the MC while he rails his wife, and embracing whatever demeaning and emasculating humiliation Zoey throws at him. Maybe with an option to keep him around as a pussy-free cuck/servant, or just kicking him the fuck out, depending on which the player prefers for that particular playthrough.

It was abandoned because he rotates between two games he is developing. His latest release was My Employee's family, now he is working on his other game Uncontrollable Lust.
So it will take some time until MEF will get a new update.

So I decided to redownload this game and replay from beginning to current version and for some reason after Luke puts lotion on his mom(Laura) it skips the rest of the beach scene(Zoey catches Lillian blowing MC). Is there a reason for this or is this some kind of bug? The only mod I have installed is the walkthrough mod and I've been picking the highlighted choices.

I played a little further and the entire scene where Lillian goes on her trip is also missing. After the beach scene it just skips to MC coming back after dropping off Lillian at the airport, I also got an image error.

The dialogues were rewritten more than once since then, and if you follow your own advice and just read, you'll see the dev answered my half-serious question (it's literally the second comment after mine), so it was obviously not explained in the game back then... In January 2020... The day the game was first released here...
You can even see in the changelog that the very first update after that had just bug and dialogue fixes.
