Okay to fix this you need to go to registry editor.
win + r
type regedit
paste this shit \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ディーゼルマイン\My H Summer Vacation ~Days in Countryside and Memories of Summer~
look for 2 subkeys called Screenmanager Resolution Height_h2627697771 and Screenmanager Resolution Width_h182942802
put these value respectively 300 and 400
done

There's already a MTL here, kind of. And the game got a official translation months ago, but it seems likely the game was banned from here.
Fortunately for you lot, "I" happened to make an easier cg unlocker for myself today.
Remove _ from the end.
Press ~ in the main menu and it should unlock everything.
There's actually a built in way of unlocking everything but it requires pressing a certain key combo in the right spot in the right event.

Does anyone know how to get the final scenes with both sisters ? Those two scenes are the only ones I'm missing. According to the japanese guide that someone shared, you need high affection with them to unlock that ending but I literally did every possible thing to raise their affection throughout the whole game and I still didn't get that ending. (And yea I know there are ton of ways to unlock the cg but I wanna do it legit)
