This actually worked, thanks! Not sure if it will introduce any game-breaking bugs playing it this way, but I'll post an update after I finish it.

Or do i need to search svcomics or some other dodgy site to get the jap version for this to work?

Edit: It seems to at least start the game, but skipping the intro text scroll had the thing already lock up on me once while testing. So i'm not sure how reliable / stable this method will be.

I had some minimal black screens on my playthrough though its not that bad and the character CGs are somewhat flashing (might be an issue with Unity itself) but at least I didn't have to deal with moon runes

Can you tell us which versions you combined? Maybe there are some quriks to this method which let some work better than others?

take the data files in the DRM version---->post & replace them in the JP version of the game,
and then run the Japanese version exe.

iv leaked the english version around other sites, its already archived for those that are good at searching,
also iv asked for permission from the mods if its possible to create a game thread here.

As far as I know, there is only 2 versions of this game. The JP version, and the ENG version. Dieselmine have never really spent any time or efforts on any updates, so, just search for the JP version.
