No scroll back and no skip is a NO for the game.
dev, it's not a good idea to take such fundamental decisions away from the player. This makes your game extremely unattractive. Let's scroll and skip.

there is a bug where you take the chair and then all the room options dissapear and u can't move away from the kitchen

If that's a no, then you need to add skip. Roll back is for when you save right on a choice and then come back 5 months later, because you know the updates aren't very timely, and forget what the question was for.
Otherwise you end up with this being many players "ex-future game"
Why you Guys are complaining about everything, just download Unren working tested with latest version now only, look iam not the author for this file, just pasting the link here for reference, scroll down a little bit and download V- 1.0.11d, place the bat file in your game directory and just open the bat file press option 5 and 6 that's all.

Getting rid of rollback when you can just save for every choice is why people are complaining. Also its not like this is some masterpiece of a novel, in fact its mastery of the english language is at about a kindergarten level.

This is not the premier version, but I provided how it can be not too complicated statement, though it seems for some it was. Gives you cheats, amongst other things. So that's the hand-holding explanation.

I used to, and still do, write manuals for everyday people to understand. Hope this helps ~(^.^)~
1...So you need to download the unren.bat file from here:
Unren.bat F95zone page (Click Me)
2...unzip the file in the folder with the "MEFF_Regular_edition.exe" file is
3...Double click it to launch it
4...Press 3 then enter.
5...Done! Start the game & Press "Shift & O(not zero)" at the same time
6...A developer console will pop up. Just copy and paste this there "prem_ver=1"
7...Press Enter key.
8...Done for real this time
Cheat option will be accessible now
Note: You should also enable options 5 & 6 too. It will give you force skip and rollback.
