Hi people. I'm relatively new here but I've managed to try a lot of games, and quite a few of the ones I liked most I found in some of these recommendation posts. I have a list of links for the games I'm currently playing (meaning they are not completed yet) so I can check on them from time to time and I figured I'd share it here, since I figure there are quite a few people with similar tastes.
In short, I like games with 2D gameplay that allow me to play as a male MC that will not be forcefully sissified (and the more I can customize the better: name, appearance, background, beginning stats etc.). I'm not a fan of purely text-based games (but I don't tons of images or animations necessary either, especially in games where gameplay elements trump story) and for images I like most types: real porn (which a lot of people seem to hate on so they don't show so much in recommendations), 3D CG or 2D drawn art (as long as the CG or art isn't TOO cartoonish or in a heavy anime style, for some reason those turn me off). Finally, I prefer games with more gameplay elements (stat or ability choices and growth - hopefully without TOO MUCH repetitive grinding, resource management, alignment and story path choices etc.) and I get bored with games in which I go too long without making any meaningful choices (I'd rather go read comics or a book in that case, although some "less game-y" games here have such interesting stories or characters that I end up liking them). Not a huge fan of sandboxes that give you very little hint of how to advance in the game either. I can enjoy games with less than great English (I'm not even a native speaker), but if half of the game isn't even translated or if the English is TOO garbled I can't enjoy it either...
If anyone has suggestions of games along these lines that don't show on this list, I'd be glad to read about them, and I hope the list is useful to some of you. Without further ado, here it goes (in alphabetical order):

These are the games I'm currently watching for, but I'd also have to recommend WVM, I admit it's great, but for some reason I stopped enjoying it. Other games that I've played a lot of (but for some reason are on hold for me right now, or which I have finished) and think should be mentioned for people with tastes similar to mine are: Trials in Tainted Space, Corruption of Champions II, Renryuu Ascension, The Last Sovereign, Harem Collector, Harem Dark RPG (from Ker), Adam and Gaia, Clockwork Poison, Damsels and Dungeons, Friends of Mine, Incubus City, Man of the House, Monster Girl Dreams, Will of the Vampire.
Hope this is of use to someone, and thanks in advance for any suggestions.
