Mods/patches being included on the OP is sort of a mixed bag on this site. Often you'll find stuff like that there, but if you don't you might need to do a search in the thread. (Just general advice, since obviously you realize you have the link to it just above.)

Followed walkthrough word for word, i can't trigger some scenes at all, that's with the new game. Unless walkthrough decisions were changed in some way it must be a bug.

one time when it's 1 => Netorare

so no matter what you'll get set on that path

I guess we don't understand each other then. 'vanilla size double': doubled compared to what? non-vanillla (ntr)? there is only 1 APK, no different sizes.
