How is it sharing or NTR if you aren't in a relationship with either of them and the MC has not realized nor stated intent to be in one?

They said it was going to be optional.
With how old your account is you should be well aware of the fights over what counts as NTR here and the most accepted one is if love interests have sex with other people without permission of the MC. This is used here because it causes the least amount of problems because while it isn't exactly NTR a large amount of people here don't want to watch love interest fuck other people and don't give a fuck that they aren't in a relationship yet.

The facts that I posted a screenshot from F95 and not itch and that I then asked where the dev claimed it was optional should tell you that no, I did not in fact read the itch page. And considering someone just said that the page was taken down, what exactly do you want me to do, use a time machine?
Not worth it yet, man. One scene that's good and you barely see the good stuff.
