So with that logic, because some people have coomer brain and "like" every single remotely attractive character drawn on their screen, we are back to the problem that EVERYTHING is NTR (even when it really isn't). Also with the way you put it, with it being about the player liking certain characters and the player self-inserting into the wrong characters, seems like the problem is coming way more from the player themselves than whatever the dev is doing. Getting NTR'd by your own attitudes is skill issue.
Nah, actual NTR is a fetish. It is about the MC losing. Losing their significant other, losing their ability to trust on their relationship with their significant other, losing their self-confidence and doubting their own worth, feeling like a failure, insufficient, a fraud that is not good enough to deserve anything, and knowing they will lose everything they were lucky to have to someone that is just plain superior to them in ways they cannot overcome. If the writing isn't even trying to hit that bleak mood and the dark emotional cues of the fetish, then it isn't the NTR fetish.
It can be a number of other things and people are not forced to like them either (ex. voyeurism, swinging, polygamy, open-relationships, orgies, free-use, etc), but unless people want the dev to spoil every single planned scene and add a trigger warning for everything (do we need a trigger warning over the fact the futanari girls have bigger dicks than the femboi MC too?), it is not the dev's fault either, just accept it and move on.

Individually, probably Onori, if for no other reason that she is much more direct about her sexual intentions with the MC. I also do really like that the MC is not a complete doormat and actually has a bit of a fun sibling rivalry with her, he's probably drawing the shorter stick most of the time but it is fun to see him get back on her every once in a while.
Now if we are talking about scenes with more people, I wonder if the dev has plans to have Suzuki and Eri as a pair. The long hugs to distract her while the MC was stealing the cookies gave me the impression that Eri is the most pampered of the sisters by their mother. Could definitely see something like Suzuki also takes baths with Eri every once in a while and it leads to the MC + the 2 of them in the bathtub.
She is my fav also, sad news Dev said she would be last on getting updates, it's about the other four at first.

My hope is that the four extras will only come into play after the four main girls get fleshed out, and we're a good ways into their respective routes. I agree. Even if the dev spent, let's say two hours a day five days a week, we'd get eighty hours of work in two months*. That should culminate in a lot more than what we're seeing content wise. Even if we cut that number in half, forty hours should be plenty of time to write, animate, code, and edit a release with more than a single scene that takes under four minutes to read through.
I'm going to reiterate this so it doesn't get lost. That's 40/80 hours, in six to eight weeks of time between patches. If the dev is coding this as a simple hobby project while working full time, they should easily be getting more done than this.
Outside of major writers block (and other less charitable reasons), I don't know why progress is so minuscule. (Keep in mind, 10.1 was a bugfix with 4 weeks separating it from 10.0, and 8 weeks in between 10.1 and 11.0. There is now a six week wait for 11.0 to be released publicly and whatever the new patreon release number will be.)
