For number 8 you need to do the new "tender self" sidequest:
1. Keep helping Suzuki on weekday afternoons
2. You will unlock an event on the 2nd floor evenings, do that event once (it is bugged and you can do it as many times as you want, but you only need to do it once)
3. Go to the selves menu and spend SP to unlock the new self
4. Help Suzuki on weekday mornings

For number 4...your save is either bugged or somehow you skipped one of the 2 night time breakpoint events, visit the living room at night on some weekdays and see if Suzuki is there, try to see if you can trigger an event or just spend time with her there. If that doesn't fix it try to load an earlier save and try to gain points a bit slower to see if the event triggers properly

The first night event: it is the "hide and seek" one
The second night event: it is the one where Riko decides he needs to gain more self confidence, resolves to start trying new things

I am so far past for Number 4 UGH. I hate so much I see the breakthrough lock on her but it won't proc any idea how to fix? I also see 38/39 for the CG. otherwise could someone pass me a 100% save please.

any idea where to get onori's scene 16?

You need to gain "boisterous self" exp, you can do it by walking to school on weekday mornings with Onori and by exercising with her in the school on weekday afternoons. After you have enough exp go to the selves menu and upgrade the boisterous self rank, then go on another morning walk with Onori.

I think this is only good to have the full cg gallery, but some of the smaller breakpoint events are not available in the scenes gallery so you might still be missing some of the story.

For some reason every time I load my game the memories for CGs and Scenes gets reset. I've been just making a new save slot every time a scene I want to revisit pops up, but it's a pretty annoying bug to run into.
