Good to know! I would even buy the revised episodes which are out, but that is not possible. I loath Patreon for several reasons, so I do not have an account there. And I live in one of the "lucky" nations geoblocked by Steam when it comes to "fun" games. So without a Steam key I cannot get it there either.
But can you tell us a bit what is changed from the old versions?

Same question here. And this thing has a page on Steam. They should be pushing this. Biggest failing I saw when they started opening it up to indi-development. They needed to have expectations around completion dates. Likely why it's still not for sale on the store.

My Future wife is actually already completed! There are 4 parts done and over. These revised parts are new, with the story told a bit differently and now you can play Karl/Ha-Young from the start. In the old version, you played Karl and only in the last part it was possible to play as both Karl and Ha-Young.

New Walkthrough only has first 2 choices, and can't really follow with the old walkthroughs.

That is great in theory, but unfortunately not in practice! I get an "Oopps, this content is not available in you country" s...:(
Is someone out there who can help with the full new version? We have here only the first new episode. I would buy it on Steam if I could!
