No, ep. 4 does not include the former chapters. You can/have to download the other 3 for the full game, but each part is playable without the others. At the beginning of each chapter there are some questions to answer about what you did in earlier parts. You will not get some specific endings of earlier chapters, for those you must play the fitting part, but you can play each chapter all by itself.

Not gonna lie tho, wish everything was merged into one.. or, at most, like, 2 parts.. like, EP. 1-2 and then Ep. 3-4..
