Why did people rate this so high?? Imo its an great idea that is really brought down by execution being its story.

The inconsistency and scenarios that contradicts and destroys your character Sana in this case really is more frustrating than anything that kills the fun.

Playing through city 1 picking both H and non H choices with 2 saves coupled with the roaming events does imply that she does infact really love the MC even if she barely can resist sexual urges.
Everything still feels very well done here both H and non-H options.

City 2 is where it immediately threw me off that I had to delete the game because the entire scenario when we first go into the mines is so badly done. It felt like the script writer was changed or went out of ideas on how to gradually accelerate the NTR aspect and just drop it off like a nuke.

Firstly when the ropes was cut off, Sana seems anxious in trying to get back to MC, the non-H option even has Sana using her ability to resist a gangbang to get to MC fast, at this point this still feels very consistent with how Sana was portrayed from start till this point. But the next scenario immediately feels like a snap and things changed entirely, it doesn't matter whether you protect her or let her get shot by the goblins, it makes no difference in what comes after and what makes the plot here so nonsensical is that despite devs showing us Sana's love for MC, RIGHT AFTER MC protected and took the shot for her, she out of nowhere suddenly decides to have a threesome when MC went unconscious and don't forget that Sana right before this wanted to avoid those sexual advances by not going back up the ropes.

This just feels like a slap to the face after what seemed like a pretty consistent plot from start till before the threesome at Inn after the mines events.

Like how did the devs not realize to add something in between those two events at least to make it believable??

Shouldn't it be rather simple to add one or both of this scenario/dialogue for the H or non-H option??

1 : non-H option where MC was poisoned heavily by the dart he protected Sana from and after MC was carried back to the inn, she was blackmailed to partake in the threesome for an antidote or help for MC.

2 : H option She was shot and the drug have arousal effects.

Or even if you wanted to accelerate the NTR aspect here, at least not do it right after MC saving her, her trying to avoid sexual advances in the mines while showing how much she cares for the MC actually. At least do it several events later when nth much is going on and its just her giving in to lust after being tricked into a threesome by fief or something while MC is sleeping or outside.

Reading through comments seems like several people had the same disconnect here right at this moment too like I did. Its a shame since I decided to gave it a try and actually started to enjoy both the game and story up till this point.

The game is designed so that Sana will fall into the NTR trap at the slightest slip-up.
But that doesn't mean it's impossible to get an ending where she's "pure" and ends up with the MC.
It's not that difficult to avoid those NTR events, but it can be admitted that the way to omit NTR is somewhat ambiguous, since no matter how much you "ignore" the NTR situations, and even if Sana's status shows that "nothing happened", you as the player know that something did happen. Perhaps that needs some polishing to give players who are looking for more "solid" confirmation that NOTHING really happened.
But that's already quite a minor detail, and as I said at the beginning, the game is designed so that Sana falls into the NTR trap, even if she's "ignored", she did it anyway. But there's the consolation of that finale where the MC manages to get her pregnant.

You're missing the point....
Its not about avoiding this or that but rather how the plot didn't bridge it up properly with how the events unfold.
It just happens suddenly and at the most awkward possible moment which it just feels like the script took a 180 and decides "time to force speedup the NTR" when it has been well paced before that.
It didn't make sense there for Sana to suddenly do a threesome unless theres a scenario to support it, especially not after her defending herself from gangrape, telling MC she doesnt want to go back up to where the miners was and MC taking a shot for her. Sana has high sexual libido but she's also not a dumb slut that ignores her MC since she actually does loves MC. Its why I say they kinda killed Sana's character there abruptly.
It would easily be fixed if there was a scene or dialogue showing us she was drugged or blackmailed/tricked into the threesome for whatever reasons be it to save MC or her falling into lust after being tricked etc etc, so many ways to make it make sense.
