It looks like more of an art refresh than an actual remake. They're saying that the artist improved his style during the creation of the game, so Sana at the end of the game looks noticeably different from Sana at the start of the game. So they're refreshing the early art to bring it in line with the later art.

I updated the guide again with some fixes. I added a missing scene (Bnui Mission in Karl's Mansion if you take a second day off) thanks to Headpat who pointed out the oversight. This version should be error-free and should cover everything until the next game update.

Ever since I played this I tried to find something like that but without this constant humiliation and coldness to the MC by just every NPC except the lewd elf. The only game that I managed to find is NTR Tales - Adventurer Corruption, but it's still in the cooking. The dev doesn't have a good track record, but surprisingly this one might come out good once finished (they promise to release it in October). It has the same premise - you can ask the experienced adventurer to help clearing the dungeon, but each time you kill the boss the gf will fuck him as a token of gratitude. Whilst out of the dungeon, she wonders around the city, getting harassed by random NPCs corrupting her in the process. So - really similar to this game, but less nasty to the MC.

I saw that game, but I was a little disappointed that the CG was done by AI.

I have found two other games with a very similar style. The first one is Colette's NTR Adventure from what little I've played, the MC isn't so humiliated, and another girl is even interested in him romantically and sexually. It's still in development, but it has enough content for a couple of hours.

And the second is NTR Elf : Welcome to Lewdburg in this one, the inspiration from Headpat games is more noticeable. I only tried it once and I liked it, so I'm waiting for it to be updated, but perhaps the artistic style is not to everyone's liking.
