I agree with you fully. This could have been a good game, but that part with the EX was not good. She doesn't love him at all. She just wants to posses him and now that she knows he is ok with her doing sexy stuff with anyone and everything, she who probably was exactly as the rumors described her, can do everything she already wanted to do. That's what this game is.
It would have been way better if the "ex" didn't exist and this game took it way slower.
Basically for me this prologue is the whole game. The dev said he loves hotwifing and sharing. This is just NTR with a guy who is a cuck in denial. He's already lost her. The way she was acting in bed with that ex wasn't good.
Starting small to this dev means having raw sex with an ex that has a bigger dick than the MC with a creampie while also finding out she did things with the guy she doesn't want to tell the MC about..That's not starting small.
This was supposed to be a prologue, like start with some exhibitionism which she already enjoyed doing. Go to a place where no one knows them and suck a strangers dick. Maybe a gloryhole. That's starting small. She was way too eager she went from 0-100 she skipped everything in between.

This is what the comments here are for. Discussion and if the dev is reading them advice and suggestions.
Ultimately the dev is making the game he wants, it's not going to be the perfect game everyone else wants, but that's fine.
Most of us are saying the same things though, pacing, the odd condom thing, etc.
This will let the dev know that people who share his like of Netorase are the ones giving him advice/suggestions and telling him what's bad and what's good.
This isn't the NTR or Vanilla argument but how to make a good Netorase game.
He's got a good idea here. I agree with him there needs to be more games like this. My personal favorite is swinging with a MC that isn't a cuck. That's even harder to find a good game for.
Netorase is second though, but again less cuck and less humiliation the better for me. I prefer my MC's being involved.
Love the prologue. That was a lot of fun. Really can't wait to see more, great start to the game.
It's true that the escalation could have been more patient, but I agree with diddlydadoo too. I like the sense of agency the girlfriend seemed to have.
I think some NTR/NTS games do have a problem with things going too fast, but I think it's way more forgivable (and even pretty fun) with this sort of girlfriend archetype; she's popular, she's confident, she's fun, she has a high sex drive, and importantly, it's consensual. It's way more strange in games where it's a shy, introverted girl being corrupted too quickly behind the MC's back -- I honestly think it's good here, probably only needing some modest adjustments rather than anything drastic.
An issue might be running out of areas to escalate things, but depending on how perverted things end up, there might still be plenty ahead. Anyway, I'd rather a game be quick but fun and high quality (like this) than to be stretched out for the sake of quantity. That said, no reason not to work on pacing.

Really solid start. The MC and GF have a fun dynamic and a good starting point for personalities. It doesn't feel like they are just blank canvases for random porn plot shenanigans.
I know there is a lot of discussion about the pacing so far, but here is my personal thoughts. I think it is well paced up to and including the first time the GF sleeps with Yuuji at the MC's house. Is it pretty fast to make a jump from introducing a netorase fetish to your GF to her willingly diving in? A bit, sure. But if you consider she spent the day researching and fantasizing about it herself, and the fact that she generally just seems very accepting of the MC and his kinks, its not totally unthinkable that they could have moved at that speed. Especially if she has had secret fantasies of other guys (as she stated herself), or if she has secretly missed being sexual with Yuuji.
Ignoring the pacing itself, the actual first time with Yuuji was super hot. The girlfriend does a lot of teasing to make the MC jealous, and you can never quite tell how much is acting and how much is real. A perfect balance. Leaving the loose thread of whatever the girlfriend cut Yuuji off from talking about was good too, and hopefully that gets expanded upon.
Where the pacing falls apart I think is after that first night with Yuuji. If the girlfriend wants to dress up sluttier and be more flirty at school, that makes sense and is fun. But immediately just going full open sex in the middle of the school for an audience (with Yuuji) followed by the first random guy immediately after, felt very rushed. Like I said, its fine if she starts playing into it more at school, dressing sluttier and being flirty, and perhaps even starting to mess around with a guy here and there. But there should be a slightly slower rate of corruption into the full blown free-use slut she immediately turns into. It's fine if she gets there eventually, but the journey of watching her fall into corruption is half the fun, so build it up more.
Overall one of the best first releases I've seen in awhile, and I genuinely do hope you decide to keep developing it. You've got the perfect blend of jealousy, teasing, heartache, and heartwarming for a netorase story, so just keep up the good work.

I really liked the game, the dialogue and style of the game reminded me a lot of those from atelier sakura, especially Gal Kano Selfish Body and Uninhibited Girlfriend. I hope the game continues, you have talent

netorase has much more juice in my opinion.
the only thing I don't like is the thing about her being so slutty so fast.

It was way better than I thought, hoping to play the next chapters.
