I don't think the descriptions is vague man... It says exactly what happens in the game, you know?I don't get why all these dev descriptions have to be so vague.
9/10 when a flame war starts about some genre in a game it's because people start raging about definitions or what tags are missing. It's so easy to make a section that very clearly lists the content in the game, instead of this dumb, vague "vanilla with a bit of cuckoldry" language I mean just hide it in a spoiler folder that directly spells out "FULL CONTENT LIST; SPOILERS AHEAD!"
I'm just so tired of the same old arguments about what constitutes cheating/NTR/swinging/whatever-else. People are never going to have the exact same read on the definitions of tags, and the current F95 tags are so broad anyway, that it's impossible to nail down what they really cover.
I know there's always going to be the odd dumbass that comes into a thread and asks something like "is this tag avoidable/included in this obviously tag-inclusive/exclusive game??" But I really think the blame lies with a dev's bad communication skills, when a large overlap like this happens. Where more than a few fans of very opposite tags clash, because they have nothing but the broad F95 tags and vague descriptions to go off on. There is no reason a more comprehensive list of tags/content couldn't be added in addendum to the normal F95 tags, I've already seen some devs (bless them) do it.
It has to be obnoxious for fans of those tags too, no?? If I specifically sought out a genre and the description was this vague and I played it based on that, I'd feel like my time was wasted. How am I supposed to understand "a bit"? Is the MC on the giving or receiving end? And oh wait, turns out the tag that I like actually just gets a passing mention/tease, that's just great. It's like if the "titfuck" tag was added because a woman grazes a dick with her nipples, get the fuck outta here.
Hey if you wanna say "nuh-uh" then that's valid, but does all the confused comments about your game, fill you with confidence that your description and tags did a good job communicating what "a bit" means?I don't think the descriptions is vague man... It says exactly what happens in the game, you know?
Also, on "developer notes" I mention exactly what I meant when I called the route "Vanilla with a little bit of cuckold" and in "genre" I mention specifically what tags the game has and will have, so at least I know that I am explaining things in a good way man
