Welp... this was definitely one of Atelier Sakura's weaker releases in a lot of ways.
It doesn't properly fit the vibes for netorare or netorase tbh. It's especially bad given the fact that the cheating gf is just a total slut. While her consent is somewhat dubious... she actually doesn't resist at all. And I mean, at all. She doesn't bite, she doesn't kick, she doesn't scream. She doesn't really do anything to the point where I can't really blame the Retsu guy for being pushy on her.
Hell, in a later scene from her perspective, he literally says that he'd have stopped if she seriously said no on that first night, and by all indications, he was entirely serious. He's not exactly a nice guy or a good guy, but he's clearly not exactly a monster either.
Which means that the ball was entirely in the gf's court, and she just wanted some hot sex because she hasn't been with her bf in ages because of their long distance relationship. She barely expresses any guilt over it. Has no issues lying whatsoever to her bf. Nothing. They don't outright say that the bf was terrible at sex, but it's implied pretty heavily, as per usual... and of course the bf's perspective kind of reinforces that in a lot of ways.
The story doesn't really explain why she doesn't break up with her bf for the Retsu guy either. They SAY that he has no redeeming features... but the only thing we're shown is that... he's pushy about sex with a girl who never outright says no and just makes excuses to keep getting that D. We're shown that he stops fucking any other girl because he likes having sex with Sae so much. In some of their small talk, we're shown that they share hobbies in general, but also that he's genuinely interested in her and even willing to change for her.
All while we're not shown absolutely anything about the BF that'd make us think that he's in any way better than this guy on top of being inferior at everything related to sex. It's more like she's sticking with her BF out of inertia because they've known each other since forever.
Lastly, the story doesn't actually have an ending. It basically just stops in the middle of things. It could go into so many directions that it's not even funny. You can pick your ending in your head, odds are, whatever it is, there's some way to write it from where they left off...
