Like said above yes both can be in the game, incest between the sisters and the GF getting raped.
Both can be avoid if the right steps are taken.
But with in the game it had to be removed from patreon mostly about the rape scenes.
Oh that's so sad to here GF raped. I only started the game, Is it shown in game. or just dialogues, Is he take revenge for what happened.
In which path NTR is less. Someone says there are many NTR scenes are in this game.

You can block all of that from happening by being a good BF.
All of it can be blocked as long as you play the good BF path.
It's been a long time since I played this but I found it funny that the girlfriends sister who was incredibly annoying at times, ended up having the best ending if you picked her. The poor gf had a bad ending until the dev brought out a dlc for hers.

A save is pointless as there is no devs gallery. There is a gallery mod in the initial post that you should have seen.

Can you not save your progress in the game? I tried the usual left click

My goddman house is gone, I went to the library and now the only 2 houses I can find
it won't let me enter, I've walked to the few places and my house is GONE! I've clicked
every building I've seen and it won't let me enter them after the library.
Edit: I walked to an area with a park now I'm stuck in the park and cannot leave the park!
Edit: Out of the park after being stuck in for like 10 minutes

You can only save in the free roam bits
You need to walk to the bottom left corner of the maps hitting the squares, it is easier to play on the ren'py port

Never do it is what I always do.
I really don't think its actual ntr crap but rape instead.
Its not like he is trying to take your girl away from you but use her for his enjoyment or something like that, I block it as soon as I can right after he tried the first time but failed.

The NTR content is supposed to be a be an asshole and you lose your girl. The final couple of scenes are ok, however there is a lot of uncomfortable rape type scenes that were changed slightly for Patreon because of rule changes at the time
It starts out that way but moves more corruption and if you get the bad ending with all the NTR enabled you lose your girl to rapey jim
