There is no Netorase tag, Netorare is only tag at the moment for all three forms, Netori, Netorase and Netorare, though they all 3 different, at best dev can do is add Netorase tag in the genre topic.

That's cause the NTS and Netori tags don't exist yet. They're part of the site's overhaul update which has yet to happen despite years in the planning. If you want to see the discussion on planned tags here's the thread https://f95zone.to/threads/new-tag-discussion.168425/. The currently planned list, link in the thread OP, is notably more expansive than what's available now.
That aside having read about half the posts here it seems you're planning to be rather ambitious by making most if not all the fetishes optional while including a great number of fetishes. As such I wish you luck and I would suggest updating the OP in 2 ways; first include a "planned" set of tags in the genre block, it will let you avoid the currect limitations of the tag system, and second put a note either before or after the game synopsis regarding what fetishes will be optional. Doing this will severally cut down on the posts you have to respond to because people will stop asking already answered questions.
